MANGAWHAI GALLERY

My 2022 exhibition was at Mangawhai Art Gallery.  The work was all wood framed and mostly digital prints. Two Tri-X 35mm black and white prints - one shot in 1975 the other 2022. Most of the colour work was shot on digital Nikon camera. 3 prints are unaltered: Mangawhai Morning, Mangawhai Headrock at Dawn, and Swallow Chicks at Home. All other colour images were given a painterly quality using a digital filter. The two fish prints are layered digital images. The 8 bach Coastal Character set was sold to Barfoot & Thompson for display in their offices.
